Our Methodology
The normal sequence of events for the development of a website for client is as follows:
- Phase I
- Initial consultation.
- Provision of a quotation.
- Acceptance of the quotation and formal placement of an order.
- An advance payment (50% of Quotation Amount) by the client.
- The definition and agreement of terms of reference.
- Phase II
- The provision (client to Varsha Softline) of site content, documents and photographs.
- The initial site build.
- The initial build review by the client.
- Development – consultation – discussion.
- Final site build and programming (if any).
- Phase III
- Site placed on Varsha Softlines’ Test server.
- Settlement of Varsha Softlines’ balance invoice.
- The site is hosted live on the internet for the duration of the hosting agreement (normally renewed annually).
